Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and associated MEP works installed, tested and commissioned, with DEWA and Civil Defence requirements planned in from the start.
MEP systems decide whether a building works for the people using it. They also carry most of the coordination risk on a project, with clashes, late approvals and incomplete testing being common causes of delay.
Our MEP works are planned alongside the civil and interior scope, not after it. We coordinate routes and openings early, prepare shop drawings for approval and test each system before handover, so the building is ready for DEWA and Civil Defence inspections.

Systems tested and commissioned with records, then handed over with as-built drawings and O&M information.

Do you handle building permits and authority approvals?
Yes. We prepare and follow up submissions for building permits, NOCs, inspections and completion certificates with Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence, DEWA, Trakhees, Dubai Development Authority, JAFZA, TECOM, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Nakheel and Emaar communities. Where stamped design drawings are needed, we coordinate with a licensed consultant.
How do you price building works?
We price from your drawings and BOQ, or prepare our own BOQ after a site visit. Every quotation is itemised with quantities, inclusions, exclusions and assumptions, so you can compare it fairly with other offers. Variations are priced and agreed in writing before the work is carried out.
Can you work while our facility stays operational?
Yes. Much of our industrial and fit-out work is carried out in occupied buildings. We agree working zones, access, noise limits and shutdown windows with your team in advance, and work within your permit-to-work and HSE requirements.
